This month we have launched a unique new website for Santa Barbara real estate. Please turn on your computer and take note of some of the high points of this content-rich website.

Located at www.moverr.com, the new website offers a cornucopia of information and inside knowledge of the market. You can search for homes by neighborhood, school district, city, or zip code. It is the only real estate website for Santa Barbara that lets you set parameters to find exactly the home you are looking for using a map-driven home shopping program.

Not only can you search for homes according to price, but also by lifestyle –– and the search can include proximity to schools, churches, shopping, restaurants, and more. You can find out what is available now, and get e-mails to update you as homes that fit your search come on the market.

If you want to find a house within a mile of your church or synagogue, you can do that. Under the Santa Barbara button you can also find maps and detailed histories of Santa Barbara neighborhoods.

The website allows you access to the best report in the real estate business, produced by Altos Research. This information normally costs $1,000 per year. You can access it for free under the Trends and Values button at the top of my home page. Through this button you can order the weekly summary to be sent to you for a certain zip code, or for the whole city. The report gives you a detailed analysis of market conditions, with week-to-week comparisons.

I have also included three e-books –– Santa Barbara Buyer’s Guide, Staging Strategies to Sell Your Home, and our Service Vendor’s Guide to local home repair professionals. These can be downloaded for free.
